I am getting myself back on track in raw. I’m not sure if anyone here was posting when I sued to post here (I wasn’t too active).
Back in September last year I started letting go of my 100% raw diet and started trying to go high raw. Well, it did not stop there, but only because of me really. I’m not sure what I was tinking, but over the course of 6 months I went back to a mostly SAD diet. I still had my smoothies each morning, but recently even those started getting skipped. In this time I gained back all the weight I lost from going raw vegan, but I am still a bit slimmer, and my health is still much better than when I was at this weight before going veg then raw vegan. The health benefits I gained have lasted a bit. I am sure that will change too if I don’t get my act together.
Anyhow, enough of my ranting about what I did wrong. I’m just trying to start getting back on track. I plan on starting high raw to get back on track.
pssst… hey heartshapedsky… don’t tell anyone… between you and me… some people who contribute and read this site are not raw and/or not vegan… but there are many people who are knowledgeable and supportive… now, don’t tell anyone… ok?
