Having a pudding crisis
I'm trying to make Chocolate-Avocado pudding using: 4 small avocados, some vanilla extract, some agave (I didnt keep note of how much, I would approximate 1/2 cup of agave) and mixed it in my blender.
But the problem is, it's lumpy still. Even my hand blender wouldnt smooth it. Is it something I'm missing in it or do I need a better blender?
add a couple of teaspoons of water see if that gets it going. it should. 2-4 teaspoons or a couple of tablespoons. it's hard to get a very fine avo pudding. the water doesn't change the flavor or consistency and helps it get really smooth.
