I guess they worked closely on it…

Just wondering… to those that are saying the fastest way to lose weight is to not eat seeds/nuts and that they do not digest well are you germinating/sprouting them? I found I had digestive issues if I refrained from that but if I do germinate/sprout them I have 0 problems with nuts and seeds.
