Hi. I was just wondering if there are any greens that are better than others – in terms of minerals, vitamins and lower in calories. I’ve been juicing mostly Kale and I love it. I was just juicing romaine and i don’t feel like i’m getting much in terms of nutrients – feels like mostly water. If anyone knows of any great greens that are low in calories and high in nutrients, i’d appreciate knowing :) Also, i’ve seen dandelion greens and broccoli rabe in the store – can i juice these?Thanks!
