I am 100% purely raw.I had some for the first time ever last week and it didn’t make me feel any different to how I normally do.
So i don’t think it is worth it. The chloryphll in greens is delicate and best taken fresh and raw anyway
I like Dr. Schulze’s Superfood. When I can’t (or don’t) eat a well rounded diet, this is a good way to get the right nutrients. Or is it? I’ve been moving away from this philosophy some. It’s hard to say whether the results are beneficial because vitamins don’t necessarily show immediate benefits. It helped me get through a rough time though when I barely ate anything.
