I love go raw's ginger snaps and the green cookies they have that taste like bananas....anyone have a similar recipe? I finally got a dehydrator and want to try my hand at replicating them. Can't be that hard, 4 ingredients....sesame seeds, dates, coconut, ginger. Just need to play with the quantities? When would I score the shapes of the cookies? After 2-3 hrs in the dehydrator after flipping?
