I am thinking about adding ginger when I juice. Do I just add the whole ginger root or do I need to peel it? sorry, I have never had fresh ginger.
I've found taste wise, it makes a big difference when I peel it, like it removes bitterness or something. Tip of the day- peel ginger with a spoon, seriously. Works way better than a knife and is pretty easy, and only takes the skin away.
