I've noticed since I upped my Raw intake and my 20% non-raw became wholesome homemade food, I've started craving foods more.
First it was peppers, chillis and other spicy food, yet I don't like them, I ate them despite the fact I couldnt tolerate them, then it was citrus fruits mainly oranges and pineapples - I was never a big fan of them before then thats all I wanted to eat!
More recently it's a strange combination of Olive oil, sea salt and mixed herbs. I mix them together and add it to everything. I've even started to grow my own lol. It's crazy.
I'm not pregnant for sure, so I wondered if anyone else went through such cravings during the transition or just being raw.
