it might help to know if it is in a can, package, box or processed then it is NOT "raw"...

Frozen veggies are NOT "raw" because they a blanched in boiling water before freezing... Frozen fruits however ARE raw and because they are NOT blanched...

Juices in a box or bottle are NOT "raw"...

Kombucha, kimchee are in a glass container and they ARE "raw" if stated so on the label...
