I see a recipe on here for fudgesicles made with avocado and then frozen.
Has anyone ever used avocado in a recipe (like salad dressing or frosting) where you successfully froze it and then thawed it for eating?
i've made these fudgesicles and HATED the texture after they were frozen. i don't remember what it tasted like before they were frozen, but the outcome is just odd.

I have made a chocolate pudding or frosting with avocado i was so surprised it was great!
