I made Raw corn chip mixture and spread out on Teflex. I forgot to turn the dehydrator on and noticed about 10 hours after I made the mixture. It was just corn and flax. I have been dehyrating it but wonder if I should just throw it out.
Hmmm im real sensitive to fungus and such so id say 10 hours at room temp is beyond no-no. Cooked food quadruples its bacteria count in just a few hours and id say any raw food that been processed (blended or handled in any way but washing) isnt much better and corn is a ripe feeding ground. Just my 2 cents :)
