Just wondering if anyone has run across any interesting articles on foods that perpetuate stress or increase stress. I know processed foods and salt can do this, but since I obviously don't eat processed foods, so I'm looking for whole/raw foods that are good to avoid during time of stress. :)
No food really causes stress, dietary stress maybe for people with weak adrenals and digestion would need to avoid potential allegens, hard to digest foods such as nuts, but in the whole food doesnt cause or increase stress.
foods high in vitamin c are a good start in rebuilding the adrenals(which hold the highest content of vitamin c in the body), foods high in vitamin b5 are the next most needed nutrients by the adrenal glands.
