Tomorrow will be my first full day raw. I have been vegan for a couple years. I’ve been health conscious for a long time and my (personal) research is leading me to new and wonderful things. Like raw-ness!
A bit about me: I have recently embraced yoga as a wonderful way to find balance, realize strength and find clarity. I have two awesome vegan children (2yo girl, 5yo boy) and a supportive vegan fiance. I’ve been exploring raw food recipes for a few months and am finally ready to delve deeper into rawness.
