fear of losing weight

im thinking about going 100% raw but i dont want to lose weight and i wouldnt mind gaining a bit more weight ,anyone know any raw food meal plans that will maintain my weight or even help me gain weight? thank you

I limit my fruit and nuts. I eat extra figs and dates if I'm hungry. I am almost at my ideal weight and think if I ate when I was bored not hungry I would actually gain weight.
