E3Live

Is all the hype true about this supplement? I'm not into superfood because of the super high prices. My family is only 50% and I'm 75% and I don't work so superfood would be considered a luxury and not a necessity.

What do you know about this supplement?

How long have you used it?

What has it done to improve your health, if anything at all?

Thanks so much guys!!!

  • Plus Chia seeds broke me out pretty bad on my back and face so I'm very skeptical about superfoods

  • I would do some research on the superfoods that interest you most. I personally take spirulina, coconut butter, and flax seeds in my daily green smoothie (my recipe for this .. and photos :D .. is at www.myreallyrawlife.blogspot.com) I love spirulina 1 tsp is like having 4 vegetables and their antioxidants. It is just an extra boost. Maybe hemp protein would be something good for your family while adjusting to raw veganism. I would just do some basic research on them. I don't know enough about them individually to really give any valid input, but I DO LOVE spirulina and how it makes me feel. Also, I think www.bulkfoods.com and rawguru.com sell a lot of bulk products like I've mentioned that are organic for a fairly cheap price. It is bulk, but you have a family so maybe it would work for you! :D hope I could be of some help!

  • Now I have considered spiralina, hemp seeds, maca, and lucuma but I'm so tired of having allergic reactions and it's not worth the price. It would still be to expensive to buy in bulk especially since I haven't tried them and don't know how I woud react to them. I even had issues with bee pollen. I stopped using it then I went back to it and everything was fine and it also makes me feel great, but I did that with chia and had the same negative side effects.

I've heard a few comments about E3Live but I wanted to know ya'lls experience with it.

Sarma from Pure Food/One Lucky Duck takes it... i've had good experiences in emailing their site/company and getting a response. I'm not sure what their return policy on it is, but you might be able to work something out with them. I have yet to try it myself...

  • Thanks Carrie!
