I've been reading up on a lot of cleanses and a few people recommended the Dr Natura Cleanse to me. The cleanse consists of fiber powder made of herbs, capsules filled with herbs, and herbal tea. I ordered it last week and started the cleanse on Friday. I haven't noticed any differences in my bowel movements whatsoever and am starting to get upset because I paid 140 bux for it!!! It may sound crazy to pay so much, but I've suffered from terrible IBS my entire life so I figured I would just try this. Has anyone else tried this before????
The cleanse lasts for 30 days, but I'm open to other cleanse suggestions if you guys have any. Thanks!!

If you don't notice a difference I would go fo rthe all money back refund. It seriously should work for you. I have ibs and it worked for me like WHOAH. the only problem is that the tea contains senna which is essnetialy a laxitive. it's apparently similar to eating spoiled food. if it's not working for you, it is probably not the cleanse's fault. i would return it though. im sorry! maybe you and i should go buddybuddy on a fast or something. damn ibs! i'm about to go to the docs to see if they have anything to say.
I just ordered Self Healing Colitis and Crohn's from here which is supposed to be good for ibs. I'll let you know if I get results. http://www.colitis-crohns.com/index.html
hi zinfandel,
it's nice to know i'm not alone with this!! i've even considered hypnosis because i just don't know what to do.
i didn't know there was a money back refund. i'm hoping after i start using the full scoop of powder tomorrow morning that it might make a difference. the booklet that came with it said some people notice a difference after a day and others it can take up to 3 weeks. i am still hoping it works though!!
i'd love to do another fast/cleanse when i'm done with this one. have you ever tried the master cleanse? my friend just did it and is crazy about it.
that book looks really great. i am all for any natural way to help with ibs.
joanna -- post your email address and i will send you a gift!!
hey my email is jazzngym21@aol.com
what kind of gift?
What kind of ibs do you suffer from? some people get more diarrhoea some get more constipation or a mixture of both, so that gives some indication of what is good for you. Senna is really harsh for constipation, so I tend to avoid it unless really necessary. If bad constipation, then try vit C supplements, 1g a day in the evening. If you are the other way, ie, keep going all the time, then you need to rein back on all fibre for a short while. sometimes things are worse before they get better, but ibs is a generic name for things that are not right with the gut, which is too vague really to cure what is happening to you.
Hope you feel better soon, tho!
hi debs, i have ibs with constipation. i didn't know the senna was too harsh. i've been drinking senna leaf tea for about a year now.
i just started taking vit C a few days ago to help with my allergies. thanks for the tip.
