Hi Fee. Thanks for letting me know about the foodie from Billingham. It is still about 150 miles away from me - boohoo. I live in Northumberland but work most of the time in Newcastle when I'm not travelling. Thanks for your note about my choc energy bars. They were indeed inspired from Rawvolution. I just keep trying different variations on the theme and see what comes out. I can vouch for your husband eating these - I make batches at home and when I come to eat them, they have mysteriously disappeared................................
