Larry in New Hampshire here, a new member with my first post. Sorry if this has been answered before in a previous post. A search of the forums didn't come up with anything. I just bought a Excalibur dehydrator which should arrive in the next week or so...can't wait!

What do you think is the best book for utilizing the dehydrator? Maybe it's a raw food book, or maybe a dehydrator-food preserving book. I'd love to hear your opinions...thanks
