Continued Benefits....anyone track these?
I am now about a month into eating mostly raw and have already seen changes in my body, digestion, and energy levels. I am wondering what other people have experienced as they live raw and if they continue to see improvements after 6 months/a year/etc.
The one area that I am hoping to improve is my skin. I have always problematic skin and have already noticed subtle changes but want that GLOW that i see in other raw foodies. :)
