So, I am trying to make raw chocolate. I added 1lb raw coaoa butter to 2 TB coconut butter and lots and lots of carob and cocoa powder and some agave. It tastes like butter...what am I missing. PLease help!
I think it's because you put som much cocoa butter. Usually the recipe calls for a small amount. You may have to add a bunch more cocoa. I'd also add a pinch of salt. You will have a huge batch though!
