I bought some of this as I think it can be used as thickener, and in ice cream etc..
But now I’ve got it, I’m not sure what to do with it after all, or how to use it as its dried seaweed..
I’ve searched the recipe section but nada, I’m sure its been mentioned on here before so am thinking (hoping) someone might know…
