I’m a sucker for good quality balsamic vinegar. I haven’t been able to give it up, yet. A decent substitute might be made with lemon juice blended with a date, to give that sweet-tart taste. That, with a drizzle of Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and some Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper, would be perfect. I might slip in a little crushed garlic too, but I’m a garlic fiend.
