calories in juice?

Hi there,

I've been juicing a long time off and on and recently decided to juice for breakfast and lunch, then eat a good lean dinner to try and lose weight and get more vitamins in my body. I'm counting calories and one thing never occurred to me: do you lose any calories from the fiber and pulp thats left in the juicer? So if a cup of carrots are 50-something calories whole, would they be any less juiced?

Thanks in advance to anyone who knows this answer.
