I have often wondered if these make your water the quality of buying natural spring water. It would sure save a lot of plastic bottles.

If you read the Brita box-- it says something like "removes the odor of chlorine".. but it does not say that it REMOVES the actual chlorine...

I have one and use it, the water does taste better and I can store the whole thing in the fridge, but I'm not sure how much it actually purifies.

My next big purchase will be a distiller!
