Hi everyone! Just wanted to share that last weekend I ran my first marathon and my first race on a high raw vegan diet! My brother was so sweet and arranged for the day before the marathon to have Brendan Brazier call and wish me good luck. (I used Brendan’s book heavily i my last six weeks of training). The entire experience was really amazing. It would’ve been a lot harder without all of your wise words and yummy recipes, so thank you thank you thank you!!
