Breakfast Bar question
I need help!
I am making some toasted grain breakfast bars with fruit in them to have on the days that I cannot fix breakfast or when I want a snack. But, I am looking for a binder to keep the ingredients together so that when I put them in the oven they harden a bit and I can cut them into squares. Any suggestions? Here are a list of the ingredients:
Mixed Dried Fruits
Would appreciate anyones input... I really want to stay on plan with the ingredients.
You can try some fruits or even fruit juice
Flakes and peanuts can also be used
Figs and soaked chia seeds are excellent binders. :)
