I just became raw 2 1/2 months ago. What I did was a 15 day Master Cleanse, a week of only green smoothies and then started adding in other raw food. It has been very easy for me and I won’t ever go back to cooked food. This website is wonderful for support and yummy recipes!
I think the master cleanse helped get rid of a lot of cravings for cooked food for me and the green smoothies continued the process and made me feel energetic and beautiful.
Some people say it is easier to transition slowly, but I found it easier to make black and white rules.
