I love it...it's a way of life and is very similar to The Maker's Diet. I combine the two as a way of life. I lost the 20 lbs I could never lose, my skin radically changed - I look 10-15 years younger (I've been told). If you adhere only to BED, I would use it as a fast for some time. I did it in 3 month increments up to 1 year...it's not easy. When you're ready to come off, The Maker's Diet is great...only I find that the food combination of BED is still most effective way to eat for me.
