Black tahini

The other day, my husband mistakenly bought some ridiculously expensive raw black tahini. I’m not very excited by the flavor, but want to use it up. Can anyone suggest some recipes?

    Ohhhh yum!
    I’d use it in smoothies. You can also mix it up with some mashed dates and cacao\carob and have yourself some makeshift chocolate halvah!

  • you can use it virtually anywhere you use white tahini… but i’d consider raw falafel/hummus or truffles. do a search for tahini on this site.
