Does anyone have a good procedure that they have used several times? I have been lurking on various sites but some say use epsom salts, other say magnesium citrate. The basic olive oil/lemon juice mix is similar across the board, but I need a little help!

Beet juice is very detoxifying to the liver. I have heard the Russians after a night of vodka drinking eat a lot of beet soup! But truly, beets are great, just don’t drink more than about 4 oz. or you may get the runs!!!
