Ayureveda HELP!

Okay, so I'm doing an ayurevedic detox, and I'm not sure if I spelled that right or not btw, and I need help! The herbs I am supposed to take are awful and I threw them up this morning. Is it okay to put them into my kitchari soup? I'd love any input from anyone who has ever any ayurevedic detoxing!

    That is very general, I think it would help if we knew what exacttly you were trying to do and what you are eating so that anyone can give input. If you are doing a detox and not sure what to do, do you have a naturopath local that can help? Often times people have different reactions to different things, so it is hard to helo with such a vague request.
