Are all types of mustard raw?

I was under the impression that stone ground mustard is the only raw mustard. However, I’ve seen dijon mustard in quite a few raw recipes lately (for example, in some of Rhio’s raw recipes). Quite exciting as I love the taste of dijon. Is it raw, though? What about other mustard types?

any highly advertised mustard is not raw because it is made with of the heavily refined salt and preservatives. Make sure you read the ingredients carefully and watch out for salt, sugar, especially for the ones that you cant even pronunciate.stick with organic whole ground with no added salt. If you are in the mood for honey mustard then add some agave.
