I don't eat vinegar because all it is is diluted acetic acid and acetic acid is toxic in your body. i mean, we use it in chemistry labs and it always has a skull and crossbones on it so that right there tells me it shouldn't be in my body.
Apples and lemons also contain acetic acid. The type that you use in a lab differs from that found in nature. I use apple cider vinegar in salad dressings and I take a teaspoonful in water following colloidal iodine (which I take for hypothyroid). ACV can have substantial benefits for some people.
I think ACV is healthy, and having maybe up to 1/3 cup (as I'm guessing you're having) diluted in water throughout the day shouldn't do you any harm--except perhaps to your tooth enamel, so be sure to rinse your mouth with water after drinking your solution. ACV is alkaline-forming in the body.
Hydrochloric acid also is very dangerous and has a skull and crossbones in the lab, but it is in our stomachs naturally and is a major part of what breaks down our food for digestion.
