Any biologists in the house?

Hi all!

Has anyone ever looked at Rejuvilac under a microscope? How do we know that it is not infested with Candida Albicans or other harmful yeasts/organisms?

Last week I had soaked and sprouted my wheat berries and accidentally sneezed near them-- I had to toss them because I thought that any harmful bacteria (MRSA etc) could flourish now because of the sneeze.

but really-- who knows what's floating through the air and landing on the grains or in the water.

very curious to know if anyone has studied it under the scope...

hope everyone is doing well out there!

I'm not a biologist (but I did take a biology course & lab last year)...I'd like to see images of it under the microscope. I would be fascinated.

  • I'm a biologist, but macro, not micro... sorry! I do know that it's good to avoid contamination when fermenting foods.... so throwing out the sneeze-water was probably a good call!
