So I sprained my achilles heel…
its alittle swollen.
I put ice on it.. and elevate it.
Any other advice to speed up the recovery?.. like foods to eat, etc?
MSM would be my advice.
I’ll have to find out where I can get some cheap…
I was hoping there’d be like a whole food I could eat to store up on something..
I know protein is supposed to be good.
