I’m planning on making some almond milk tonight. Should I remove the skin before I put them in the blender?
I read somewhere that the skin is hard for the body to
digest.
Will the taste be any different?
Thanks in advance

No, you don’t need to. When you strain the milk, the skin will be removed.

Yes, I too read that Almond skin is hard to digest. I always soak them for atleast 8 hours, then it comes off easily.

i agree w it daniefon, it takes too long and you will strain them out anyway. plus, even if a skin of almond is hard to digest, it is good fiber. we need that.

bitt, the kind of fiber Almonds provide is soluble and it’s not in the skin. Skin is simply not digestible.
