I just made my first raw almond milk. It came out delicious, but there was a ton of leftover pulp! It seemed like such a waste to throw it all out. Can the leftover pulp be used in any kind of recipe instead? I'm still fairly new to eating all raw, so I'm not sure what to do with it. Any thoughts, idea, recipes, etc????
There are cookie recipes out there. You could put in in your smoothies... If you ever see "almond flour" in a recipe, you can make that by taking the almond pulp and dehydrating it. It creates a type of flour which you can use to thicken up something else.
