Allergies

I have a bit of a problem with allergies myself (gluten and lactose) but my boyfriend is the one I'm concerned about. He's allergic to sunflowers, lima beans, pistachios and cashews which puts a big damper on what I can make for meals because lot of recipes I've found call for sunflower seeds or cashews. I've tried pumpkin seeds and they're not bad but I need some variety. Any suggestions?

Hemp seeds, sesame seeds, chopped nuts he isn't allergic to such as peanuts, almonds.

ill echo what greenwoods suggestions and add brazil nuts and chia seeds:).

Chia seeds? What are those from? I've never even heard of them.
