Does anyone know of a substitution I can use for agave in a raw cookie recipe? I am still very new to raw diets.

I don’t know if this will help or not, but you could make a paste or thinner a syrup, from dates and water in the blender.
I hope your cookies come out tasty

Maybe stevia and water?

Why don’t you want to use agave?

Like Ungrateful says, just get some dates and blend them with water to make date syrup.
You can also just put dates or some dried sweet fruit right into the cookie mix
roughly chopped to make a sweet chewy biscuit.
Juicy, she might not want agave because it is processed and not really raw.
