Adding muscle...

Hi all!

I am currently working out with a personal trainer. She thinks that Raw food eating is wonderful (but very new to her). She can’t believe how strong I am with the weights. I have never taken a spin class until recently and couldn’t believe how well I did.

My question is what Raw foods are good for protein requirements. This is what I eat daily…

Breakfast (preworkout) 2 bananas handful of blackberries handful of blueberries 2 or 3 large strawberries almond milk 1/2 to 1 oz. mixed raw nuts

Snack (post workout) Green smoothie (2 cups organic spinach, 1 tsp Spirulina, 1 tbsp wheat grass, 1-2 small bananas, handful of blueberries, raw honey for a touch of sweetness)

Lunch (if I am hungry) Salad: mixed organic baby lettuce, tomato, onion, 1/2 avocado, 1 tsp olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar.

Snack: Fruits in season (melon, peaches, etc.)

Dinner: Salad: mixed organic baby lettuce, tomato, onion, 1/2 avocado (or 1/2 oz.nuts), 1 tsp olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar.

If hungry after dinner: frozen banana pureed to ice cream.

Should I add sprouted buckwheats, quinea or wheat berries to the day? I also have organic hemp protein.

Any advice is appreciated…
