Whenever I try to add a food, I am unable to edit the values (calories, fat etc) on the right side panel—they’re all greyed out. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

don’t know which version you have…i have the mac version…i’m assuming they are the same

search for and chose the food you want

then

there are 2 fields that you can enter data into, the second of which has a drop-down arrow…if you click on this arrow you can chose the ‘type’ if unit to use..then enter the figure for quantity in the field on the left and press ‘add’..voila
