Has anyone here read 80/10/10 by Dr. Douglas Graham and Baby Greens by Michaela Lynn? My library doesn’t carry them so I’m looking to get some reviews from my favorite raw foodies before I go out and buy them.
Justine, I have read 80/10/10 and can highly recommend it. It is the bible for a proper raw food lifestyle. Once I read it, I realized that the reason for my sluggishness some days was because of eating to much raw fat in the form of young coconuts, coconut oil, avacodos, nuts, etc. Doug Graham explains everything in a logical, clear way that makes the book an easy read. I haven’t read the other one but I love greens…both baby and grown up ones in my green smoothies…LOL!
