By the way, you can stop by Roots Market just at the corner there (before dinner) to see their raw food selection items (in the produce section). They have cookies, crackers from Glasser Farms(?). I love Roots Market. Too bad it's nowhere near where I live!
So far, the menu could be:
Amuse: Trio of stuffed mushrooms
1st Course: Gazpacho: pureed soup of vine ripe tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, mint, lime, cold-pressed olive oil, and sea salt.
2nd Course: Grapefruit Carpaccio: dressed with scraped vanilla seed, walnuts, agave, and arugula oil
3rd Course: Pepito-chili pate with salsa fresca and guacamole
Intermezzo: Citrus Grenita
Dessert:Pineapple Cannoli
