This mini (and easy!) version of a pizza will quickly and simply satisfy your pizza cravings. The Eggplant easily subs for bread or crust recipes. Be sure to peel the eggplant thoroughly, as any remaining peel will add a hard-to-chew texture around the edges. I used Grape tomatoes, but the roma variety would be equally as tasty. If you want to get creative, make up a faux cheese recipe and drizzle over the pizza before you dehydrate.

2 dinner sized portions
so the holidays are over and i ate way to many gourmet and dessert type raw stuff. so its back to green smoothies and simple veggie meals, hold all nuts and seeds and sugars until i get back on track and my pants fit better! thus the name! but if you want a better image, when wrapped in a raw tortilla it looks like a big old fat leg!
Any good southerner knows that eating greens and peas on new years day brings luck and wealth…traditionally a hearty soup stewed all day with a large ham bone, this pure southern comfort is served with chow chow( spicey/sweet corn relish) green onions and corn bread. I fixed both versions(hubby got the “healthy” non ham bone variety soup) the raw version while untraditional I hope will net the same results for our new year!

Serves 2, or 1 for a very filling meal
This pudding is my favorite way to eat the SUPER nutritious chia seed, which is a complete protein, and an excellent source of calcium. The Aztec messengers, running from place to place constantly, could subsist on just a handful a day!
