This is a delicious creamy soup with a little bit of kick.
I’ve been having major cravings for thick creamy soups lately and this was a great recipe to cure my craving. It’s kind of similar to my irresistable raw soup, but I changed it a bit, added/removed a few things and substituted the avocado in place ofthe pine nuts.
In the photo I served mine with “popcorn”, ears from one cob of corn, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast and half a teaspoon salt.
A fabulous means of getting your greens! When the delicious combo of garlic and hemp meld with the sweetness of dates, you’ll forget that you’re eating an entire leaf of chard. Also works great with collards or nori.
Sweet, hot, salty. Mmm mmm good. Serve with Lettuce or greens or eat with your fingers.
