Yummy Yogurt

This is pretty close to commercial yogurt in texture and tartness. I like to mix in some berries pureed with a little agave nectar, and sprinkle a little granola on top.
Protein Smoothie

1 glassI am an ultramarathoner and this smoothie helps me get all of the electrolytes, iron, EFA’s, antioxidants, and protein I need. It’s a lot more science then culinary skill but it’s not too bad.
