This is pretty close to commercial yogurt in texture and tartness. I like to mix in some berries pureed with a little agave nectar, and sprinkle a little granola on top.
I am an ultramarathoner and this smoothie helps me get all of the electrolytes, iron, EFA’s, antioxidants, and protein I need. It’s a lot more science then culinary skill but it’s not too bad.
I got this recipe from one of Gabriel Cousen’s books. It’s especially delicious with banana chips!
