You know how I love simple and tasty, so here is another of my personal creations. You can always add some powdered cacao beans for some extra added flavor.
Ever since Nagev cam up with his superfood shake with cayenne I have been using it in my shakes. I wanted something a little more simple so I make them with my favorite food… bananas!
Here is my variation on Brendan Brazier’s morning protein shake. It has really helped in my transition to the raw diet by keeping me going until lunch.
Mmmm… a hearty breakfast, and so tasty. Can add in nuts like pecans, walnuts, or fruit.
