This is an excellent, nutrionally balanced cereal. Unlike traditional cereals, this one has lots of fibre, complete protein, essential fatty acids, and calcium.

makes about 15-18 depending on how you cut themI call this power up because it takes only one or two to fill me up and give me energy! This bar is not really sweet so you could always add a little agave.

A Favorite Green Smoothie

About 20-24 ounces, 1 or 2 servings,This is my fav smoothie, always keeps me going and i always have these ingredients around so it makes it easy. It not small but its just me so i take this to work and drink till lunchtime.
