Makes 16ozThis recipe is from The New Soul Vegetarian Cookbook. My sister-in-law gave it to me. I make this drink whenever anyone has the slightest sign of a cold. The ginger BURNS! But your cold disappears. I am starting to make it daily now, with less ginger, since I noticed that an increase in my ginger intake has been clearing out my sinuses!

Serves 1Looks and tastes like… Tang! No kidding. Don’t get it on your clothes.
For extra zing, add the ginger.
For more of a creamy smoothie, add the banana.

An amazing recipe I found on the “from sad to raw. com” web site. I haven’t tried it yet but it looks great.
