This recipe is a variation on my Fig & Date Squares
combined with my love for Living Cuisine’s Caramel Coconut Cookies. I hope you like them.
(In the picture, the Caramel Apple Bars are the ones on the bottom right.)
Crispy warm herb-”cheese”-filled marinated-kale rolls. Sounds more complicated than it really is. If you already have some rejuvelac on hand, then you can start the cheese and the kale marinade 10 pm Thursday, and have everything ready for Friday early dinner!
This is a recipe that I got of the Raw family’s web site. Its awesome First u start with a fairly large butternut squash then u peel it wich can be tough. Throw it into a food processor and chop it up nice and small is the way i like it add raisins orange juice for a sweetener as well as honey or agave necture and cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. I personaly like it with curry and cloves instead of the nutmeg. Cloves also help to kill intestinal worms and have a wonderful chai flavor. This is my first recipe I have ever posted fun fun!! http://www.rawfamily.com/recipes.htm
raw “matzo” if you want it.
What to do with the carrot pulp? Tired of carrot cake? Try this. It’s hard to put your finger on the taste…”interesting”, in a very good way. Food combining friendly without the honey, which is just an optional add-in for you sweet-tooths out there. (I think the clementines make it plenty sweet.) For maximum “yum” effect, try with coconut butter and honey spread on top!
